OSX build live! Update on Linux support.

I've been able to resolve all of the shader issues on OSX, and I've set the build live for that platform.

I've also been updating the game regularly. It's at 0.7.0.10 right now, so if you have an earlier version you may want to consider updating. The newer versions are generally more polished and also have some UX improvements.

Regarding Linux, I've discovered that the issue with AMD GPUs on that platform is limited to the OpenGLCore renderer. The Vulkan renderer isn't affected. I've included a .sh script in the latest Linux build to launch the game with Vulkan. However, I only advise this for AMD GPU owners since frame times/pacing feel a bit worse this way.

Just a quick update: There might be a problem running the game on a resolution other than native on OSX, resulting in a black screen after the galaxy is generated. It's Canadian thanksgiving today, but I'll try to investigate further when I'm back from visiting family.

EDIT: Looks like there's a Unity Engine issue with retina support. I've disabled it in the OSX build for the time being, and everything else should be fine.
